You very well may be correct. But if so, it's puzzling why he gave such a long and elaborate answer. And an explanation that was actually tied into their business plan. It was JN's not mine. Maybe there are some patents, but other, more newly developed pieces that haven't been patented. As he gave his answer, Dr. Haavig was standing right there- and he is the one who would know. Although I can't remember whether he was part of the discussion or whether his attention was diverted elsewhere. I guess we'll have to dig into it further.
