The company replied that they were not certain that prospective financiers would look favorably on that. If they do a buyback it Is strickly to improve the numbers. Market cap, company evaluation how much of the company shares they own. That stuff counts to big investors. A diluted stock is a sign of a weak company. I wouldn't be surprised if they stuck to the plan with a buyback.
