Means everything Mr. Reid has put out in updates is true !!
SEC trying to screw KMAG shareholders over
We have been informed that KMA's 15C-211 application was denied acceptance by the SEC and FINRA. We now plan to make public on our company website all material documents and financial information pertinent to KMA Global Solutions International Inc.
Very soon management will call for a shareholder meeting to consult with KMAG investors as a group to discuss the next steps needed to achieve our goals. We plan to have KMA's website operational by tomorrow, at which time and we'll start listing material updates.
