Consultants only provide advice, and by definition that makes them non-executive. When Mr. Hall provides reason(s) for increased interest in CYBK Common current and prospective shareholders will acquire the stock.
Short story is between the time Mr. Hall became CEO and today, the market hasn't seen compelling reason(s) to acquire the stock (whether buy-and-hold or simple day trading).
Price movement is always up to the CEO and the practical output is:
- rising revenues
- rising profits
- information updates (filings, website, PR's etc.)
Back in February when CYBK ran, Chris and Oren provided compelling reasons to buy the stock and it ran. Unfortunately for whatever reasons, there wasn't subsequent delivery in later months and the stock retraced. I'd say that's the executives lack of delivery from the public perspective.
