IMO, Koos has to sign up for an additional news service that ihub picks up. Using the ihub news service, it's only $100 per PR. This is critical for FDA and IND submissions.

I also wonder what the effects would be on the PPS if the PR came after hours or on the weekend. Koos has put them out before on the weekend and after hours.

Would the stock explode in the morning after a night or a weekend. I'm thinking that on a Saturday, it would give enough people time to become interested or get the news to realize what's going on. I could be totally wrong though.
