If your strategy is for accumulation then core holdings
If your strategy is for accumulation then core holdings would consist of those shares held being equal to your capital investment and shares in excess of your capital investment being sold with the proceeds used to buy (accumulate) additional shares by use of GTC Buy Limit order at the bottom range,
(I know you know this but am posting it for the benefit of those who ask about this strategy)
IMO, I would want to have the ability to buy more shares. I do not think the present situation has any valid legal basis to deny a license being issued and is therefore a "red herring".
