The are likely two things at play here.
One scenario is that given the petty maneuver to sell 10k shares into the bid at precisely the last minutes of the day indicates someone with a hardon for Matt like Joe Elkind, etc. could be anyone who selfishly hates him enough to not give a shit about the collateral damage to other traders/shareholders.
The second scenario is another shareholder that uses these periods to A) bully the CEO by, "making him pay" , for not keeping his timeline promises by stacking the ask while sitting where he wants to be on the bid and gradually taking it lower in order to steal impatient seller shares, or
to just bully his way into stealing shares from impatient traders. Either way someone is greedily trying to scalp shares. Did you see 80m+ on bid at .0003?
