Looks like PVEI is moving forward with the Palm Beach to Nassau cruise charter:

The Port has confirmed receipt of the $50,000 good faith deposit, and has also "provided a letter to the port authorizing (the port) to discuss financial items with their attorney." Assumption here is that Milan is still handling affairs for PVEI.
There's also a reference to a PVEI spokesperson. Looks like the gears are moving!
