Kilo, I believe he agreed that the TA exist but it is no use, it is not operational. My question is, how are we making money. IF Matt is not, then the only way for the company to survive is increase AS. I am not sure truly how far is the preferred shares coming along. As we know it has be filed first and we are still waiting on that strp to be done. We are headed to 0.0001 at the rate BCAP looks. I hope I am wrong to think that Matt might increase the AS and then dump it on the 1's. I am at huge loss where the PPS is to, so yes as a shareholder we all have the right to be concerned and voiced out even if our opions defer.
