to William Merthu at the FAA today, and unfortunately, once again reiterated that, because Igor and Barry Clare have never given the FAA pertinent documents for certification, Baltia is months, if not years from getting certification. Although Merthu never said the words, I feel he knows that Barry Clare and Igor are lying to the investors, and trying to make the FAA the Fall-Guys !! Less
