Also check the following photo of a portion of the Chloride Copper Project’s solvent extraction and electrowinning (SX/EW). It was taken on July 2014 ?
It looks refurbished and ready for operation and the photo is in accord to what RRA has just stated in the link above and posted right below:
".. has extensive infrastructure and processing facilities in place that can readily be refurbished and/or upgraded and utilized in order to re-commence mining and processing.."
