I think the second we are licensed, all nervousness goes out the window. People just want to know they put their money into a real company. FITX wants to be and strategically building it, but the end result is still, no license, no company.

What we also need to realize is the big investor will NOT lose his/her investment money, they will add more in to secure license if need be. It is just sad the town NOW is coming out of nowhere doing an about face. BUT! I do think they realize there is over 1 year of evidence showing them FITX did everything right, informed them of what it would be and what they are doing, should any legal issues arise, FITX would own Lakeshore. Any judge would understand this and overrule ANYTHING the city council says because FITX did everything right.

All this is is a detour that will still get us back on the road.
