I know the S-1/A was just filed on Monday 9/29 but I started checking the SEC site for Effectiveness Notices yesterday. When I checked this morning I noticed a company that was categorized under Tobacco Products. They filed seven S-1/As, their last & final S-1/A was filed on 9/10 and they received their Notice of Effectiveness on 9/30. I am not sure why but I found this unexpectedly comforting.
