Bill has done that and will do that. And they explicitly voiced concern not that he was a drug lord, but that instead of building a 1,000 bottle winery, he's building a Seagram's (it's in the recording).

And for all the good it brings an area in terms of jobs and revenue, people are still scared of a Seagram's because they cannot control it.
