I am ashamed to admit, but I wrongly judged this town going into this investment. I applied a common judgement about Canadians broadly to the town of Lakeshore. I thought they would be practical, have common sense, weigh pros and cons and take a moral high path. Jobs and something that will help sick people. Not be like an American town in the middle of no where against any type of change no matter how practical.

Sigh...but the town doesn't worry me too much, it is HC...
