True, and it was stated somewhere that houses on agricultural land were not residential, they are simply homes that are on agricultural land, and I believe the significance is that they can't claim the same rights as people living in a residential district. When I had a house on a golf course and occasionally golf balls would hit the cars or the house, a lawyer explained to me that I could not go after someone who damaged my house or car -- that since I was living on a golf course I could reasonably expect golf balls to come winging my way from time to time. So people who have a home on agricultural land cannot oppose something agricultural just because they don't like it. If they live on agricultural land, they should reasonably expect that someone may build a barn or a greenhouse across the street from them. Or have cows, chickens, pigs, or spread manure across their property.

Just my opinion, of course...
