the public float is the freely traded shares between us there could be 2B shares traded in the course of a day the public float would not change.The only time the float changes if new shares are dumped on the public then the float would raise or if there is a purchasing of shares from the public float on the open market which has not happened yet because that would be announced ,may even need to file something with sec,but we will know
