Filing: Form 4: President Buys 6,541,613 @ .03
(Folks, I am only speculating at this point. But HHSE management stated in a blog, they would each buy $200,000 HHSE @ .031. I am guessing, that is exactly what Shefte did, but the Form 4 does not handle 3 digit purchases. The actual price was most likely .031)
