I am not saying anything!!! I am just a private investor. One thing I notice is a long accumulation period with increased volume activity. Then I see press about a Keystone Gate contracting with them. This could be a potential merger, acquisition, or something positive. You add that up with all the shorting it just makes sense to be a buyer.
