I am no expert but it got up to .09 a couple times in the last week or so and pulled back. Perhaps it will break out above next time. I am long this stock and will sit on it for a while before I sell. Eventually PPS and Value will come to an equilibrium. Published reports have this valued at .26 so as price starts creeping up, shorts will start covering. go #$EVLI
