JP, I was once invested in a company that conducted a RS in conjunction with an uplist to AMEX. The stock was trading on OTC one day, and the next day it was trading on AMEX with the RS already in effect.
While we don't know how long of a delay our RS and uplist will require, it can certainly be done in a single day.
