With M.Berg as a moderator, you can count on lots of factual, honest posts being removed. Not certain he is totally aware of the "paper trail" he leaves on the board thread. I've read a lot of posts where he blatantly fabricates the most whimsical of tales.
He was warned recently by Specutator,

Section 9(a)(4)-Prohibits the use of false or misleading statements with respect to any material fact, by brokers, by dealers, or other persons in order to induce others to purchase or sell securities.

A very straight forward statement. Maybe certain ones just make up their own rules as they go along and just feel immune to prosecution.

As for DanTanna aka Finale Shnapps, I've seen the ruthless, vicious and relentless abilities against MRIB this individual is capable of. I'm all about forgiveness, acceptance being nonjudgmental etc... but It will take a lot more than a couple nice posts to convince me of this individuals change of heart.
