It is legal to short stock. Years ago all one had to do was open a short account with a broker and maintain it as long as he had funds to do so. TelVue has been shorted since it’s beginning. Some say prove it. Why. Because someone tells me to prove it does that make it mandatory ? Let them prove there are not. I see big fake1 is called upon to produce proof each time they feel it is necessary. His answer is to copy and past volumes of gobble-de-gook that no one reads and at the end says “There I proved it”.
TelVue is about to prove they have been shorted for years. On Friday our share price was taken down from $12.00 to $9.00 and left for all to spend the weekend looking at. At the time I warned shorty that it was not the smart move. On Monday bids for 500 shares at $9.00 appeared. There are some sitting and staring at shares for less than a nickel. A few more and the asking price will be $27.00 unless shorty wants to short more. Gerry Lenfest has already paid $70.00 per share for his last shares. From a nickel to $70.00 Are you kidding me ??

Holding TelVue shares has made it the billion dollar bomb shell it is.
There is no limit to the loss of someone has been caught in a short squeeze.
