FYI -post copy concerning permits:
Im not as familiar with all the legal details of patented claims as I am with unpatented claims.But I do know with patented claims the BLM has little to do with them.If it were an unpatented claim I would say they need to file a preliminary plan of operations with the BLM and await further response from the BLM on any permits they will need.But with them having a patented claim and in keeping under 5 acres it should be a lot less hassle.Ill keep looking to see what else I can find as far as what they need for it.I seen the MSHA # for the congress mine location but didn't see it in the MSHA website.Maybe it hasn't been put in by the MSHA folks yet.
