I'm currently building a home and trust me everybody from the general contractor to the tile guy is licensed and insured. Guess what an inspector from the city comes out and conducts his inspection. This notion that hey a licensed electrician came out to conduct the work is nice and dandy but the HC inspector will still have to come out and conduct their inspection.
