Indeed. I get on Bill pretty hard for his (lack of) communication skills. Today's PR was fantastic, minus a few grammatical errors.
He was very stern, informative and concise with how we spoke about zoning/Lakeshore. The license/inspection update was also informative, yet to the point. Both are issues that needed addressing, and he did.
I also agree with your points about multiple inspections needed and how we are very much on track to have this resolved soon.
