From today's PR: "we also completed a supplementary electrical inspection and that was transmitted to them last Friday"
If it's an electrical matter a physical inspection will have to be conducted.
How long did it take HC to go to the site when notified back in April? Not the next day I believe it was 3 months.
I don't think HC will rush to be there if notification "electronically" last Friday.
