Advertising - Small Target Area
A few, quick words on Baltia Advertising.
In this sense BLTA is fortunate. They will not be advertising to the whole USA or Russia. BLTA will have a very definite, specific target market. The flights are from JFK to St. Petersburg.
So advertising will be limited to 2 areas. New York and St. Petersburg. This simplifies and focuses everything, reduces costs, time and effort significantly.
* New York has a very large Russian immigrant population.
* St. Petersburg has many US businesses and political ties.
* Remember, "The Fly America Act". Where any travel done with U.S. government money, must use a US airline when possible.
