Ok, good point. although that could be researched a little farther. In the case this ever goes to a court of law, which I doubt seriously, we would win. So, that said, you must look at the technicality of the law which in this case is that we HAD to have provided a factual account of what the facility(s) were presented to the counsel as. This is not tomatoes. That is the point with respect to the counsel. Now, again, I don't think the majority of the counsel wants to not have this. I think we will negotiate through this and come to a positive conclusion for all involved. JMO GLTA
