Reality is just what klebpet pointed out earlier, that technically, we never did specify exactly what, or how much, in a specific written notification to the Council, as per the H / C requirement. IF THAT IS , IN FACT THE CASE. I SAY THIS BECAUSE IT MAY OR MAY NOT HAVE BEEN SPECIFIED. No one here know's all documents which were filed, or, what the actual content was. The ones we do know about, did not include that.

So, that said, one MUST, ask WHY ? Could it be that we thought , or were told we were ok with what they had ?

We just need to see what comes out this week, and we should have a much clearer picture here. We could speculate this to death and it wouldn't help anything. JMO GLTA
