Agree with that. And it does come to 2 primary questions to use your words in context.
FIRST: Did FITX go into this with the intent to deceive ? If so, why would they?
SECOND: Did the Counsel, or a part of the counsel, have intent to deceive ? If so, why ?
Depending on the side of that fence you choose to land on can pretty much sum up what you think the future will be. GLTA
