With a close above 1.18 and 2 days of volume above 500k for this stock - I guess I could understand people to start thinking like that.  Once the $2 barrior is broken its going to be interesting what the average daily volume will be. Should tell that CTIX is no longer UNDER the radar and under a larger group of accumulators and awareness.
