I talked to an acquaintance yesterday, having not seen him in many months.
He is a partner in a high end level insurance business, dealing with corporations in the USA, plus mega size companies around the world.
His recent travels took him to the middle east, Israel, Japan, and you guessed it, St Petersburg.
So I asked Mark, how would you like to depart from JFK on a direct non-stop to St Petersburg and be there in 8 hours? His answer, "I'd love to, but there is no such flight." Mark, ever heard of Baltia Airlines...nope.
The discussion continued, I filled him in with some tidbits, suggested he check their website and ticker BLTA. He goes there 3 to 4 times a year!
