I'm pretty sure notice was given. The town held a freaking press conference to let the whole world know. Does it specify how notice has to be given? Like standing on one foot, while spinning in circles, patting your head at the same time and rubbing your belly, saying mmj mmj mmj? Has anyone questioned the mayor on what happened between Jan '14 and now to give him such amnesia? Are they really only looking for the words "to grow mmj" on an official document, though such a document from what I understand wasn't needed at the time of application b/c it was already accepted that mmj is an agricultural crop? Are they still wanting to say that it should be industrially zoned or zoned in a different way? If I knew the answers to these questions at one time, I'm forgetting them now b/c I'm half asleep all the time, sorry...just wondering out loud...
