If you are correct about BB being Jess Haberman that sure would explain a lot,
especially how as a former NASD?FINRA employee he would have access to their numbers before the general public would.
Is he posting on boards that present a threat to Fidessa based in London?

I did read his letter to the SEC suggesting the FINRA daily short numbers not be published as they presently are which is telling imho:http://www.sec.gov/comments/sr-finra-2009-064/finra2009064-1.pdf
If it can be proven he is posting to manipulate stock prices he could end up going away for a long time.imho.
