Just a note to the previous post....I understand that the attorney is requesting the Counsel to do the asking of H / C via letter. That is most likely his way of covering his ass. If he was really serious about potential violations to the towns people, there would have been a law suit. HE IS A PERSONAL INJURY LAWYER, is my understanding. So, the two counsel persons who gave warning, to the others may have actually read the H / C regulations, and understood it did not fall into the criteria of the rules, and would be therefore a non issue , with the exception of bad publicity for this company, with the appearance of intentional harm. That would be a serious mistake, and indeed open them up for a lawsuit. JMO GLTA
