Mr. Dwyer needs to show some investor support by getting things done (and soon!).  The financials will help us all gain some insight into the progress of the company.  BCAP could get interesting since the timetable set for much of what MD said he would get done is fast approaching, including: financials, non-convertible preferred shares (this because it is needed for the brokerage, IMO), brokerage firm (deposit and acquiistion) and an uplisting to a higher exchange.  MD has his work cut out for him, but accomplishing these tasks will help support us, the investor.
