If you've been following Koos and his PR's, they're usually always behind what's actually happening at the time.
IND submission was supposed to occur in August, people QQ that it didn't happen. He will probably put out a PR when we get the reply back from the FDA. This is considering the pre-clinical trials for dCellVax are finished or had already started, as the new patent reveals.
It's true that they may have had to file the Patent before they could submit the IND, but again who knows.
Koos isn't great at being transparent, but then again PR's cost a good deal of money to publish. Maybe he's trying to save money, the same way you don't need to pay a ton of rent for stuff that's outsourced to labs.
On ihub, the bashers have came out, and now there are seriously a lot. Within the last week and more so yesterday and today. A crew is working BMSN and RGBP or news is on it's way.
