Don't you think the hedgefunds were around last January when TECO had 44mm+ in volume and went to .13?  The griper will be the first to opine that the PPS will explode on the announcement of Belize production and no matter how small the initial wells are producing.  I think the market will take huge notice and sidelined whales will step in.  Again; who knows when that will be?
