I am not sure, but I read it as the Emergency Injunction is still on for Monday and the Trial moved to Wednesday. I believe SFRX wants to legally stop him ASAP. The notable silence for the last 24 hours makes me believe the reality of the situation might have worked, or the advice of a lawyer.
