I may be wrong, but before a went down the path of trying to accommodate the locals,it might be wise to see if we were given the license first. I think a few of these people are moochers trying to take advantage. My understanding is that a major priority to HC is in fact security. The area out there is not Beverly Hills from pics,farms and barns. These moochers are looking for an excuse to make some money and before I gave them spit I would wait on the license.
