CTIX busting through Key Resistance at $1.18 on its way to the first target of $1.25 I called yesterday.

Two resistance lines in two days is strong price action. Especially after the two month sideways coiling.

As I noted on the CTIX Monster Monthly chart , these Bull pennant/Coils tend to resolve in the direction of the underlying trend, which for CTIX is UP since January of 2011
