Yes he is. There are no shares coming off until Jan 2015. I read through the
filings for hours when they came out. There is no way there are fresh shares
coming off restriction in October. There maybe some left over from the last
batch in August, but there are no new shares.
I think what we are seeing in the large bid dumping is the last of the August
shares since the affiliates who had the debt shares can only sell so many
every month. I think this is also why October is the time frame for the oil deal
and IR campaign, so there are no debt holders left to get in the way.
