What we don't want is another PR out of TECO and then another media blitz from the GOB dismissing the news.  That would be catastrophic IMO! I'm sure TECO will politically handle this as though the GOB PM  and Cho are royalty.  I personally hope they have shares in TECO which provides them that much more incentive to promote flow rates and ongoing success.
