I see the near $1,000,000 Newhuis has invested as a good thing, but I do see the Alpine Issue causing the company to be in a position of making a deal for .001 and not .002 or .003 per share. The Alpine deal left MMTC in a very hard position of needing cash. As a stockholder I feel Alpine has really underminded my investment and I wish I had recourse.

That said, from what I have heard and read about Newhuis and Nunez I feel we are in good hands and trust their stewartship of the company. All I want is a PR saying we have a contract with OSIS for 400 machines and that we have them sold, is that too much to ask for?
