This is one of the (amazingly) useful places over there, and explains the cesspool we retail investors must live in.  FWIW, I chastized the Admins there for their inconsistent criteria and deletions yesterday. 


I also see one of our favorite people claims to have contacted SEC and FINRA and says the R/S has been rejected.  Can that be done?  Or, does that remark constitute insider info if true or a surefire signal to short the stock in either case?
