As far as I recall, although I haven't looked up all the old news, the scope of CEN's operations was clear from the start. For God's sake, they had a permit to build a 60,000 square foot building, and even if not that, the town knew they were renovating a 27,000 square foot building. Where did they even get these figures from? If we can prove otherwise, I think they're in hot water...
