I think the pps is only this low because of the constant millions of shares coming off restriction each week. I think we see legitimate spikes due to good news and then people who got paid 10,000,000 shares by NTEK a year ago sell their shares at $.08-.10 for close to a milllion dollars. On a good note they did reduce the AS by 250,000,000 last year around november. I really hope we reach a point where the RS is super low consistently and doesn't hurt the price like it does now.
