yes they do and they are stuck between a rock and a hard place
of their own making ..

i can't stress this enough

any investor in P2O .. who has an issue
with bids' bypassed >> not showing or
anything else should file a complaint with Finra

while they all collude .. the squeaky wheel does
occasionally get some grease ..
