No, it doesn't make sense. And I think in the end it will only be noise. But it's annoying. Everything has been transparent since day 1. You'd have to have been living under a rock not to know what was going on. I think they just realized that it's going to be bigger than they thought, and now everyone wants their opinion to count (in other words, control).
